I'll keep this short. The item arrived. All the bits were completely mixed up and spread all over the inside of the box, meaning the box design does not hold them in place when you put them back in the box. Secondly and most importantly more than half of the bits were dull like rounded stones and contained RUST all over them. Really?? Take this product off Amazon, it gives it a bad name!!

Just received by 16 bit forstner set and was thoroughly underwhelmed by the quality of the item, as well as the quality of the packaging. The carboard box was dented to start with. The wood box was already cracked, the buckles had fallen off and were broken, and when I picked it up the entire bottom fell off- cheap veneer. The bits were randomly thrown into the wood box with just small plastic bags to protect them, not the plastic covers shown in the product image, and they do not even fit into the cradles that come in the box. I have yet to use the bits, but am skeptical about their quality, will update when I find more. if they are all right I'll figure out a new storage system, if not, they're headed back.
