On the first hole, the tips failed immediately. I was drilling out a sheared off bolt, only to notice that the tips chipped as soon as the drilling started. The hole was centered, the sheared face was flat, and I was using a cooling fluid. I should have spent the extra money, lost a lot of time because of this issue. Contact seller about the issue.

As long as you get it centered well broken bolts back right out. Very impressive. No more wondering how much pressure an easy out will take and not break off creating an even bigger problem. I've only used them twice so I don't know how durable these bits are.

I needed a set of these left hand drill bits for many years to assist in broken screw removal, but they were always too expensive. These came on as a special priced deal and just had to get them. Sure enough after having them for a week I had a broken bolt and with drilling left hand the heat broke the rust and the screw came out with the drill turning left hand.
