Carbide forstner bits offer durable performance in tough materials. Woodtek® 7 piece set of high quality carbide tipped forstner bits excel in woodworking because they leave smooth sided, flat bottom holes in nearly all common woodworking material, including composites: Bits can also be used to cut arcs (partial circles on the edge of a board). Tough carbide tips provide added durability when boring tough materials like man made composites. Bits are about 3-1/2" long with 3/8" shanks (except 1/4" bit with 1/4" shank). 7piece set comes with 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1" bits along with a 1-3/8" diameter bit in a wooden case. Imported.
